Hi Guys,I need to setup a remote piping for the osTicket that i have setup on different hosting server and is not common to my mail server.i've gone through WiKi but i am still not clear on how to set it up.Can some one please help.
Sorry I don't really have a good handle on piping since I use Exchange. Maybe someone else in the community can assist you in this. Other wise I recommend that you either user IMAP/POP w/ cron or you contact http://osticket.com/support
