Thanks Ntozier.I´m just starting to use osTicket, actually the only mail interaction is between the user who created the ticket and the staff member responding.But I noticed that staff members are not getting mails on ticket reassignment or other actions.Maybe I´m missing some global configuration ?Attached is my alert and email configuration, I use my mail server for sending mail...Thanks again !

"But I noticed that staff members are not getting mails on ticket reassignment or other actions."You appear to have enabled ticket assignment alert to assigned staff.  So they should be getting an email...  make sure their email is correct in their profile.  Also make sure that the department doesn't have stuff disabled Admin panel -> Staff -> Departments -> your staffs department.
