Hello,our osTicket is self hosted and I am admin with the activated.After upgrade to 1.8.1.2 the "Closed Tickets" counter now ALWAYS shows Zero (0), no matter how many more tickets I close.While before the upgrade the headline was having 3 words: "My Closed Tickets" and it was showing number of (32).blankAugustasPS: I had similar ticket counter issues when 1.8.0 was released.

I forgot to mention that also the "Closed Ticket" page show NO TICKETS. But the system does have tickets which I closed myself.

This is the expected behavior. A staff with limited profile will only have access to assigned open tickets. Closed tickets do not have the concept of assignment.
