Hey guys im new to osTicket. Loving the staff and admin areas as well as the client side. My question, I just set up my a test dummy account. Everything seems to work fine except when the test dummy tries to reply to the osticket email. The reply never seems to make it back into osticket. When I add a reply as admin in osticket the test dummy receives it just fine.
