Hi All Can you help me setup OS ticket to use office 365 we have just had 365 installed and cannot figure this outany help would be gratefully received.Many thanks Martin

I was of the opinion that Office365 was Microsofts hosts version of Office. So you would get your settings from them and plug them into osTicket just like any other email address settings.Also google showed me this: http://community.office365.com/en-us/f/158/t/74505.aspx

I have Office 365 and with the following settings mail flow is working properly.
