I have no idea what you are trying to ask. Please try asking your question in a different way or provide a screen shot.Otherwise if your using a current version:The staff side header is located at: include/staff/header.inc.phpThe client side header is located at: include/client/header.inc.php

I was wondering which lines I would comment out of the header file to get rid of the Graphic, and the menus and textOpen a New TicketPlease fill in the form below to open a new ticket.
