Is there a way to add an additional open to the Ticket Source Drop Down. It currently only has phone, email, other.

There is no way to do this via the ui.Last I checked the source field in the database was:ENUM('Web','Email','Phone','API','Other')So you would need to alter the database to add an additional value, and then update the disply logic in the files that have anything to do with the field:/include/staff/ticket-open.inc.php circa line 104-106/include/staff/ticket-edit.inc.php circa line 65-70There may be more but I didn't search exhaustively. Remember that this would be considered a mod, and upgrading would lose you your edits.
