HiI've upgraded my install from 1.6 to 1.8In version 1.6, the client could go to view ticket status, enter their email address and ticket number and would straigh away be able to view the status of their ticket.In version 1.8 when a user goes to view ticket status and enters their email address and ticket number they only get an option to be emailed an access link. Is there any way to get the system to allow them to go straight to viewing the ticket status the same as in version 1.6? A number of our clients don't always receive the emails sent by our ticket system so emailing them an activation link will not be possibleI appreciate that in the next version we will be able to provide a client login but that's not necessarily something we need to give to our clients

I believe that someone asked this on github and a dev responded with the changes that you would need to make at the source level to revert to the previous login schema (even though it would be insecure for you to do so).
