HiI am very new to OS Ticket, only installed it a few days ago, i have managed to find my way around and configure pretty much everything i need to for us, the one thing that is driving me totally mad, is i cannot seem to see where to edit the default system signatures email, all staff members are fine, i have set those correctly, but i am talking about the signature thats goes out on the default system email to the client when they start a new ticket. i am using the latest 1.8.1.2 of OS Ticket.currently the signature that goes out is this:
