Hi,I have OsTicket 1.8 git installed on Ubuntu Server 12.10 and outbound email (to the user, staff and system admin) for new tickets and updates suddenly stopped working. If I use the email diagnostic tool I am able to send emails fine. I only have one email address setup in Staff Panel->Emails->Emails with SMTP and no authentication. I have checked in settings->alerts and notices and everything is enabled. I also checked in Settings->Autoresponder Settings and everything is enabled. Finally I checked the Emails->Emails that the address did not have Auto-Response disabled. I tried restarting Apache and MySQL but the problem persists.
