There isn't one.  Emailed responses get added as internal notes.  Responses in the web ui default to replying to the customer.

Use the correct settings for your mail server?I highly doubt that your using the right port on your pop/imap settings.  Port 26 is encrypted SMTP.  POP is usually 110.
