Hi,How can I configure incoming emails, outgoing emails? I am in Settings->Emails, but I cant find any field where I can add the specifications for my mail server.Must I have something enabled in osticket, to be abel to do this?
Try going to Admin panel -> Emails

Admin panel -> Emails -> click on your configured email or add a new one.
