Deari am using new version of osticket v1.8.1.2i have one department for cars repair, any email come tocars@XXXXX.TLDi want to have one ticket for one email address. if there is no ticket then new ticket created or if there is ticket open or close , dont create new ticket just append the old ticket and reopen it.how to do this manually?please helpThanks
