Currently when my admin staff create a ticket, and the person with the problem has mailed a member of the sales staff, you cannot attach anything. They open the ticket with the text detail of the issue and then add an internal note with the attachments.It would be very helpful to be able to add attachments when manually creating the tickets.

I use release 1.9.4 and this is no problem.
