Helloi'd like if it's possible to create tickets directly by staff trough system, without the requirement on having an emailadded to the ticket. I know this way we will lose most of the advantages of osticket, but this way OST could be used in a different way (for example, record tickets by "phone" for users / customers not willing to provide email)I understand that we could have a phony email address noemail@noemail.com for example and open this tickets using it, but it's not a "clean" way to do itThanks in advance!
