I have been looking around for a relatively easy way to add "Open Date" & "Closed Date" columns to the existing Ticket Queue views (Open and Closed Tickets). Obviously the Closed Date column would remain empty until it's closed. See mockup in attached image. Is the link below the best place for me to start? Keep in mind I have little knowledge of PHP or MySQL. Any other resources would be appreciated.
