Hi, all,Perhaps this is a bug, an install problem or a dumb question.The Reply, Internal Note, Department Comments and Assignee Comments forms are all on the ticket response form now.Yet it still has the tabs for Post Reply, Post Internal Note, Dept. Transfer, Reassign Ticket and these tabs do nothing because the forms that they would have exposed are all visible.So which is it? A bug, install problem or just a dumb question?1.8.1.2Same behavior in IE11 and Firefox. F5 hit to be sure it wasn't a cache issue.

Please clear your cache. I am not experiencing what you are describing in any of the implementations (multiple) or browsers (also multiple) that I use.

It's not a browser cache issue. Been cleared, new browser that's never been there shows this. All browsers react same way. So it's not a feature its an upgrade issue? Any idea where to look?

PM me withe the address and a staff account so I can log in and I will see if I get the same behavior. But that would mean its either your installation or your web server.  I have multiple installations on separate hosts and do not have the problem.

I'm testing an update from 1.7.3 to 1.8.1.2 and I'm seeing this same issue on some tickets.  Once thing I've noticed is that the tickets that show all the forms on one page all have attachments on the ticket.  Did you guys ever figure anything out with this?
