I might be missing something obvious but I can see the sender's email address but cannot see what address they sent it to!
I assume this information must be in there somewhere, even if there is a way to look at the original header of the email that would be great!
I do not believe that information is kept after parsing emails to update ticket threads.
Thanks for the response Ntozier. I hope it is obviously why that information would be useful, specially when the system can be polling more than one email source.Is it sensible to add it to the function requests?
