I recently installed osTicket on my server. However during creation of new ticket I get the following error

mso-ansi-language-US;mso-fareast-language-CN;mso-bidi-language-SA">I've been looking for ways on how to set up the remote SMTP authentication within the system. For example where to key in the hostname and port number. Are these supposed to be key in the system ?
