I want to add a "Company" field to the Open a New Ticket form and to the Control Panel display.The objective is to be able to see the "From" name and "Company" name on the Tickets summary page and on the Ticket page when the Ticket is opened.In my application the name of the person submitting the issue may change, but the company name never does.Regards,Russell Cox
