Hello everyone, I've successfully installed and got my osTicket 1.8.1-git on CentOS 6.4 x64 and it works quite well but I've got this question.I have a pretty busy site already running with 1.7.3 and a bunch of users and queues but I want a clean start on 1.8.1 because apparently upgrading tofrom 16-ST to 1.7 and then 1.7 went OK but there are some glitches and things I can't resolve as am no developer.I want to know how can I import my Active Directory Users as Staff members -- I've already installed the LDAP Auth plugin which does work, but I need to import my users ~30 of them and manually creating them?.I found this: http://www.forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//active-directory-user-addition-authenticationBut that's not useful for 1.8 so I'm kind of lost here if anyone can point me in the right direction, I'll appreciate it.Thanks and BTW osTicket really rules, simple, easy to install and manage. Thanks again

There is no way at this time to import AD/LDAP users in automatically using the ui.I believe that Thane wrote a AD/LDAP user import script that he paired with his LDAP mod.http://www.forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//mod-ldap-authentication#latestI don't know if its still available, and I haven't see him on the forums recently. But that might point you in the right direction.

Thank you very much for your answer @[deleted], unfortunately site's down ATM, will see if I can get the v7 version of the file and try to figure it out.And what about a list?.Here's what I did, I have the other live system with some of the LDAP users I want on osTicket, so I exported a CSV of the users from the good server, modified the usernames to match Active Directory's and changed NULL to ldap on the auth method and voila!.Anyways, if anyone know how cna I import a bunch of users I appreciate your input.Cheers.

Hey dghvoip, did you ever get a copy of the mod for 1.7.x? If so, mind posting? Thanks!
