I am using 1.8.1.I have a bunch of support emails coming into one mailbox.I would like to create ticket filters that not only assign the tickets to different departments, but also update the help topic per each ticket filter.So, as an example, let's say an email comes to support@test.com, and is filtered based on the word password in the subject.I would like to assign the help topic 'password reset', as well as assign it to a department and a team.As far as I can see, there's not any way to do that.  I'm fine with updating the code, but it'd be exceptionally useful to have this.

There is no way to do that using ticket filters at this time.dev @[deleted] had mentioned to me that he wants to redo Ticket Filters but so far the make over has not made it to the road map to my knowledge.
