In osticket 1.8.1, in the profile page (profile.php), the user can change his/her name, phone number and email address. How do I add this into the 1.8.0.2 version? I tried copying the "profile.php","include/client/profile.inc.php" but this error comes out :Fatal error: Call to a member function getForms() on a non-object in C:\xampp\htdocs\support2\include\client\profile.inc.php on line13Where does the function getForms() originated?Thank YouP/s: The reason I don't want to upgrade to 1.8.1 is the user can't view the ticket direcly at Check Ticket Status page. It has been replaced with "email access link" function.
