"Three people have reported the problem and all three of you are using
Apache (which is why I think that it might be apache related)."I disagree. It works for other emails, which would require the same stack (LAMP on my end). It the user goes to the website and logs in to update ticket, the email is sent. Watched it happen in the postfix log. Tech logged into the dashboard, replied, and email was sent. No email client was used for any communication. Everything was done using a browser and the support site interface. It doesn't work on new submits. Also, if anyone hasn't tried, I'm betting the "Email Access Link" isn't sending email for those affected by the problem in this post. At least it isn't working on my site. Go to the view.php page directly (without clicking on a link to the ticket), puts in the email and ticket number (how does the user get that without the email) and the clicks "Email Access Link". No email sent, postfix log shows nothing.
