It would be nice to have the possibility to "watch" or "Bookmark" a ticket. So the user gets updationformation of every ticket he bookmarked even if he is not the assingnee of the ticket (same feature as we know from forums)
Good suggestion, except that's essentially what the Collaboration Features in 1.8.1 will let us do (by adding CC/BCC capability to tickets)
Thats good for the Clients. But what's about the Staff? does the CC Staff get an Email when a note was added?What I'd like to do is that I can mark some tickets for that I want to get a notice for every activity that happend.
Ticket subscriptions is already on the table for inclusion with version 1.9.
