Hi alleach time a ticket is created, I get (as the admin), an email with a 'new ticket' alert--how can I disable this?

Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices -> New Ticket AlertAnd shut it off.

hi,when i deleted ticket, after some days it was recreated as RE: New ticket alert. How can i solved it? I dont want it recreated.  Version osticket: 1.10

@[deleted] this does not appear to have anything in common with the original thread from 2014 for v1.8.  Please do not be a necromancer.  If you have an issue please start your own thread.killing zombie thread with a head shot.
