Hi all, I'm running osTicket on Windows 7 and when doing anything that involves sending an e-mail it takes a really long time, and I assume it's due to the connection with our Exchange server.  I'm looking for suggestions as to what you'd suggest along the lines of installing a local mail relayer that will queue the mail locally and work in the background delivering it.

Any help much appreciated.

Personally, we use PHP's mail routines .  Circa 2007ish when we used a lot of Perl on our back end we were using a program called indigoMail from http://www.indigostar.com.  I have no idea if it would suit your needs but it might be help. /shrug
