I Love OsTicket but i have some idea...

In osTicket lacks the ability to close a ticket and block user responses.
Use will have to open a new ticket

2 |Bug When User is Banned|
When an e-mail is banned and the ban of these tickets is ignored and continues to update a ticket to receive responses by the user. The only way is to go and delete all the tickets but it's absurd.

I think the administrator should be able to choose to enter a Captcha even log into the staff to prevent attacks.

It would be useful to be able to enter default answers already in a separate area with ready answers for operators who respond to the tickets, so that when the user types the text of the ticket may have come out of the previously defined solutions.
