Poll on auto-cron deletes mail from server

Hi,I enabled Poll on Auto-Cron (which was not recommended) but I did it to automatically fetch mails from server and create tickets in the systems.This works fine so far, and we have the two way communication also working.BUT, once a mail is fetched from (support@mydomain.com) the server and ticket is created automatically in osticket (1.8.0.1), then the email is deleted from server. This should not happen.I want email to be in the server and also ticket should be created.Please somebody help on this issue asap..PS: Will setting up a cron job help in this case, if yes, then please guide on how to do it.Thanks & Regards

ok, its resolved.changed email settings in admin paneluncheck delete messages
