Hi ,Im sure this has been asked a million times but I cant seem to find an answer.Is there an option or Mod to have Users receive an email when a Staff Member claims their ticket or when ticket is assigned to staff?At the moment , Users are unaware of ticket assignment,Cheers!Am on Latest Release 1.8.0.1

Its my understanding that ticket assignment is an internal thing, and is transparent to the client.  I'm not aware of any mods or options to change this behavior.Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices -> Ticket Assignment Alert controls if STAFF get a notification.

    Users are not notified when a ticket is assigned to an Agent.
    We notify the user by having an agent respond to the ticket.

    Any ideas how get information about assigned to in ticket view table?

    You would have to edit the core files to change the user side of the ui. There is no way to do this in the ui currently.
