Have you setup cron?see wiki POP3/IMAP Settings, specifically the section entitled: recurring tasks scheduler (cron job)

Hi, i am trying. My host is 1&1, they F&Qs say you can set up cron jobs via SSH. Im not to sure how to use it so im following there instructions. Do i need to be using the rcron.php file ?Thanks

I would presume that you can use the cron.php.  /scripts/rcron.php is for systems that do not allow you to run cron natively on the same server as your webserver.

Hi ntozier, No im still stuck on this lol Ive been trying to set this up for nearly a month. Im using SSH to set the cron, i don't no where im going wrong i think its time to give up.
