Hi,

I did a clean install of 1.8 through softalicious.  When I go to the site:  http://betterwork.com/internal-helpdesk it forces me to download the php file.  Same thing with /scp

I checked my php settings and they are correct for this version:  http://betterwork.com/internal-helpdesk/phpinfo.htm

I'm hosting with Funio.  Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Jim

Your files are not being parsed by PHP before being sent to the webpage viewer. This could be because you have a custom .htaccess installed. (you might want to check and see)The phpinfo link you provided displays info for php version 5.3.3-7.  Yet when I go to your support page I get prompted with "application/x-httpd-php54" which would indicate to me that its php 5.4 that is being called.  This would point to a webserver configuration issue. This does not appear to be a problem with osTicket and appears to be a server or host problem or your setup.  You should contact your hosting provider. You could also try installing osTicket 1.8.0.1 manually instead of using a third part installer (softalicious).

Thanks for that!  I'll double check with the hosting.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!(I'm not sure that I will get a chance to check the forums for the next few days, but please feel free to PM me and let me know how you made out on this.)
