Hi all,Does osTicket support multiple email addresses related to an issue? Other than the internal departmental feature, it might be helpful to add a CC field, or subscribe, to allow multiple people to stay up-to-date with the status of issues that affect them.How can we do this?

This is a strongly needed feature for us to use OS Ticket. Is there a timeline on implementing being able to include multiple users on a comment thread?

The upcoming version, v1.8.1, will support a feature we're collaboration (CC). You can download the release candidate here.
