Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone knows if there'll ever be a custom report generator function included. Here's what we need:
We need to track the amount of effort spent per ticket. So, no problem there. I can easily add a field to the core form as a number and ask the techs to ensure they fill it in before closing.
However, in order to understand time spent, I would need to see that field in a report. The current report produces only:
Ticket Id
Date
Subject
From
Priority
Department
Help Topic
Source
Current Status
Last Updated
Due Date
Overdue
Answered
Assigned To
Staff Assigned
Team Assigned
Thread Count
Attachment Count
It would be useful if we could select what fields we want in the report.
