Is there any themes available to install either system doesn't even provide skins functionality? Help needed - I really like that system but lack of customization really bothers me.

I have purchased themes for OS Ticket from:
https://osticketthemes.com/
We are very happy with it.
Themes are not really themes right now. They are code mods. What does this mean? It means that if you have a problem you will need to revert your instance back to the stock file before seeking support here on the forums. that being said there are a lot of people who successfully use theme mods.
There is a forthcoming "theme" feature that is supposed to be released in 2.0 iirc.
Thank you for the osTicket Awesome plug, @LewisHackfath
@ntozier is correct: osTicket does not support themes, and the people (such as myself) who are offering "themes" are in actual fact offering mods, and significant ones at that.
That is why the installation instructions for osTicket Awesome actually direct the user to rename their current osTicket installation and then upload a new directory for osTicket Awesome.
It turns out that osTicket is very flexible and one can have two (or more) installations running off of the same database. Therefore, if a problem arises, one can simply visit the old installation (eg. www.mydomain.com/support-old/scp) for troubleshooting purposes.
If the issue is still occurring in the old installation it is likely an issue with osTicket itself and one can ask for help in this forum. But if the issue only occurs in the osTicket Awesome installation one can ask for help in that forum that forum.
