I just install version 1.8 and test with custom field for testing, i added new field and try to open new ticket, when i view the ticket i can't find the custom field info, i can search it but i can't see the custom field info.
Please help.

Did you add the field to the "Ticket Details" form?
It is a ticket-details field, as it shows on the New Ticket creation page, however it clearly isn't showing in the search box, so I wonder what "type" of field it is.Can you also screen-shot the admin page? /scp/forms.php?id=2You need to specify a "variable" so that the data is stored, we can't tell if that is there or not without seeing the admin page.
All custom field problem fixed on new version 1.8.0.1.Thank you,
