Hey guys,

Apologies if this a topic that is deemed lame but i just had to ask. Instead of having cron running every other minute, is there a more effective way to do it? Like blackberry there is pushmail whatnots. Is there any such methods we can use with OST? Only when mail is received that perhaps cron is automatically run and email is polled into ticket. Do advice.
