Hi ! I'm currently testing the SCP part of OSTicket 1.7 and one thing which could be great is to integrate the possibility to set different status since a request which is open doesn't provide any information on its progress.
1. One thing that could be great is having a dynamic list made up with
internal_status, display_name, is_open_flag
2. Another one would be the addition of one parameter in ticket parameters : give the possibility to make phone number mandatory or not.
3. The knowledge base feature is just great, the only improvement i would do is to keep track of FAQ versions for one reason : suppose one deletes some parts of the FAQ which can be useful for you... it could be good to look back in time.
4. Oracle database integration.
For that part, i'm very ready to help on because it's the feature i need the most.
