Hi all. I've tried searching for this and haven't found anything about this yet. Our customers are pretty computer illiterate so having them submit their own ticket requests would be painful at best. For 99% of them, we would be creating their tickets for them and providing them with the number so they can refer to that when they call back.

What would be great is a way to select a client from a drop down menu, list, or searchable box that will automatically fill in the user information of "E-Mail Address" and "Full Name" fields. Obviously this list would have to be filled with this information prior manually but that's understandable. It would also allow us to track the issues submitted by which company/client easier.

I agree this would be a great feature and also would like to see this incorporated into a future release.
