I have searched the forum and haven't been able to find a solution to this problem:

I have v 1.7.

The system successfully creates tickets when an email is sent to the support email address but the system doesn't send out emails automatically when the new ticket is created. When I log into the system it will send out emails to the user and the staff. I need to have it send when the email is received. I have set the cron job to

/home/eaugust1/public_html/mydoamin.com/support/api/cron.php but no change.

This is where the cron.php file is located.

Any help?
