Hey Everybody,

I have stood up a dev server with osTicket 1.7.1 installed. I am receiving a Mail Fetch Failure Alert email, shown below.

"Subject: Mail Fetch Failure Alert

osTicket is having trouble fetching emails from the following mail account:

User: xxxxxx@xxxxxx.com

Host: mail.xxxxxxx.com

Error: No such host as mail.xxxxxxx.com

8 consecutive errors. Maximum of 5 allowed

This could be connection issues related to the mail server. Next delayed login attempt in approx. 10 minutes

I have copied the settings from my Prod server exactly (or so I think). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
