We recently upgraded from 1.7 to 1.7.1.3. We previously had mail coming in from an IMAP account succesfully, and then OST would move the processed message to a folder called "OSTICKET"

I can't think of any other details that may have changed. Exchange is still happily running. The only major change was the osTicket update. The Apache2 error.log file looks quiet (except for a few missing favicon warnings). Yes - the OSTICKET folder still exists at the same path in the IMAP mailbox.

Is there another log, or some other details I should post about this?
