Hello,

I configure the pop send settings for staf alert and notification emails. Its works no problem but I check the my email server's "sent iltems" I see staf emails sended separately.

1 email for 1 staff member.I fear email service provider will block us for dailly sending limit.

Is there any way to merge this. "just one staff alert email for all staff members. Alert email must be "To: staf1@domain.com; staff2@domain.com; staff3@domain.com; " So It will send 1 email to all members and wont spend email sending limit.

Why wouldn't you create an email list on your email server and set the announcement emails to go to that instead?

example: department managers email set to department@domain.ext.

Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices -> New Ticket Alert set to Department manager.
