I am not suggesting these as much as trying to find out if they are included already. Does the latest version pf osTicket have these functions, or will the new version have them?

1. collaborative task assignment (assign task to more than 1 person)

2. deadline assignment (no deadlines in a task manager is ridiculous)

3. goal-based task lists (to accomplish A, do tasks 1, 2, 3 and 4)

4. project separation (project A has goals 1 and 2 with tasks x y and z)

I was going to ask about #1 - we often have multiple techs for on-site work, it would be good to track them all together.
