thank you for this great peace of software!!!

I would love to have following features:

a) Pre-defined attachments for Premade Replies

b) Possibility to set individual overdue date/time for every ticket

c) Multilanguage support (not important, but nice to have)

d) Manual queue change (e. g. from "Open" to "Answered")
