I have a running installation of osticket v1.6 ST that I need some
mods made to. I installed a couple mods that are working but messed up
the ability to use canned responses, when you select them, it does not
add the text to the ticket. Might be best to just go back to default
templates and configuration and add the mods again. We basically use
osticket as an email inbox so that our staff can share the use of it.
ALL incoming tickets are created via email polling. We do not use the
portal at all.
Mods I need:
Assigned to column in viewtickets
Aging column to replace date in viewtickets
Multiple Attachements allowed
html to function when viewing tickets, we get tickets from customers
that are emails created with HTML characteristics in them that we need
to be able to see.
change a few default options in the newticket screen, example, make
the "ticket source" drop "phone" by default.
add a merge tickets ability
quote original text when replying to a ticket, like email does.
Abilty to reply to a ticket assignment via email, WITH attachments (
this may be a stretch, I know)
Help us ensure ticket responses are being emailed in a method least
likely to be considered spam, right now a few emailed responses are
not getting our customers.
