Just recently I switched the email settings for the default system emails as well as the outgoing. This had to be done because of a recent migration to a new email server. It took some time to get the settings to work but finally it allowed me to update the email settings. The only issue that I have seen thus far, so emails are going out to the users. Before if a ticket was created, and email would be sent to the user notifying them of the ticket. I tried disabling SMTP in effort to use the PHP mail() function but still no luck. Everything was working fine before the change. Any ideas on this one?
