I have osTicket set up for email piping, and the email piping works. Attached zip files are placed in the attachments directory as expected.
However, attached .HTML files are not placed in the attachments directory. They just disappear (the ticket is properly created from the text of the email). I have added both .htm and .html to the list of accepted attachments. I even tried using .* but the attached HTML file still disappeared.
Any idea what might be happening and how to fix it?
