Nah, I prefer it to be off otherwise it gets a bit confusing. I was sorta hoping it was on though and that the staff was seeing the number counted as both answered and open instead.

This might be easier. Can you just send me your copy of tickets.php? I can plug it into my 1.6ST test server and play with it from there. Much easier to do that then go back and forth with you here
