I have the cometchat standalone and im trying to implement it to the ticket sistem. the problem here is that i cant see how to show the online users (staff) to the clients.

is there anyone interested in this nice feature?

i will try to upload the packet later or mail it.

We have already implemented cometchat and it works nice. Do you have problems?

But we are using it only for the admins (scp)

    show us how plz

    cause i found another chat and add it to the osticket then i found that the chat i implemented is the chat part of the cometchat.

      This thread is from 2011. I do not believe that the OP will respond to you at this point. This means that the OP was running a version of 1.6 (hopefully 1.6ST). Even if they did answer unless they are still using osTicket and still updating their integration that their response would very likely not be useful to you.
